I share my experience with this and 4 things to look out for and be mindful of including; Distorted eating patterns (Orthorexia), food fear, perfectionism, and how an over-focus on health can create disharmony in your life. I also touch on; why your mindset matters, the placebo effect, what nourishing yourself beyond food can look like and share some important questions to ask yourself and reflect upon.
