When you join the Intention Field, youâll be invited to submit a short intention for yourself. (you can also submit intentions for your children)
Your intention doesnât need to be perfect or overly specific.
Think of it as a gentle invitation, not a demand or command.
Rather than trying to control an outcome, it's an invitation to allow Reikiâs intelligence to support what your body and nervous system are ready to receive.

My Story
A decade ago, I was a hairdresser struggling to keep my head above water. On the outside, I looked healthy... smiling, social, seemingly thriving. But inside, I felt like I was falling apart. I was battling migraines, digestive issues, chronic tonsilitis, sleepless nights, low energy, and declining mental health.
Every day, I carried not only my own struggles but also the energy of my clients. They would open up and tell me about their lives, their pain, their struggles.
I couldnât distinguish what was mine and what was theirs. I would carry everyone else pain like it was my own, because I had no idea how else to help but to hold it all.
Doctors had no answers to my chronic health challenges. Every test came back fine, or Iâd be handed another prescription. One doctor casually told me I just needed to âstress less.â
I was fed up. As was my boss with all my constant sick days.
Truth was, I was more comfortable being sick than having to face the anxiety of going into work.
Eventually, I hit a breaking point and decided I couldnât live like this anymore.
For my mental and physical health, I left hairdressing and began studying naturopathy and nutrition to hopefully find some answers to my struggles. But even after finishing my studies, something still felt missing.
So I kept searching.
I explored Reiki, sound healing, breathwork, yoga, shamanic practices, nervous system work, and more... not because I was chasing something new, but because my body was still asking for a different way of being supported.
Through that journey, something became very clear:
Healing didnât happen when I tried harder.
It happened when my system felt safe enough to soften.
When my stress reduced, my digestion improved.
When my nervous system settled, my sleep returned.
When I stopped carrying everything alone, my empathy became a strength instead of a burden.
Today, Reiki is the foundation of how I work, because it creates the conditions for the bodyâs own intelligence to lead.
Over the years, Iâve supported hundreds of people through their own healing journeys. And now, I often reach capacity with 1:1 clients.
But I donât want you to miss out on support simply because an in-person session isnât available, or because now isnât the right time financially.
