The Moment I Realised Healing Wasn’t About Doing More...
Back in 2021 I thought moving onto 39 acres in Queensland would make me feel peaceful… but instead my nervous system became completely overloaded.
Between floods, constant land maintenance, building a tiny home, caring for 40 chickens + 5 cows, endless snake encounters in the coop and a chaotic cattle dog puppy, 😅 my nervous system was burnt out.
I was doing all the “right” self-care things, yet I still felt stretched, stressed and emotionally exhausted.
Then I realised the problem wasn’t that I needed to do more “self-care” it was that my body had no space to truly exhale and receive support.
Another Reiki practitioner randomly reached out one day and offered me a distance Reiki session, and the perfect thing was that I didn’t have to drive anywhere, explain myself or work harder on myself. I just got to book in, laid down and receive.
And wow... my nervous system finally had a chance to soften and I started to feel more like myself again.
Fast forward to now, with my 1:1 sessions at capacity and a 100+ person waitlist, these full moon distance Reiki sessions have become a way for more women to receive that same grounded support that I once needed, especially in seasons where everything feels a little too much.

A season that taught me that sometimes even when life looks “wholesome” on the outside, your nervous system can still be carrying a lot behind the scenes.
How to Choose Your Intention
When you book your spot in the group full moon intention field session, you’ll be invited to submit a short intention for yourself in the booking comments section. (you can also submit intentions for your children)
Your intention doesn’t need to be perfect or overly specific. Think of it as a gentle invitation, not a demand or command.
Rather than trying to control an outcome, it's an invitation to allow Reiki’s intelligence to support what your body and nervous system are ready to receive.

If you’re unsure what to submit, something as simple as: “I invite Reiki to please support me with whatever I need most right now, for my highest good.”
During The Session You May Experience

Every session is unique, just like you. Some people feel deeply inward, sensing subtle shifts, stillness, or emotion, while others process through sensation or even movement. There’s no right or wrong way to experience healing.
